"Update: I would like to thank Dawson, the office manager, who called and spent a good 45 minutes on the phone with me today discussing my concerns. He did so in an extremely respectful sincere way, and we had a very constructive conversation. I appreciate him taking the time to make me feel heard and to honor my issues. Hopefully corporate will now do their part and resolve the things they need to do. I have been a loyal customer since 1993 with both car and home insurance, yet I have been hassled and threatened with cancellation of my home policy over a dinky tree that every single tree person who came out to inspect said was not a threat to harming the house. I had to call and get clarification on what was exactly the issue after getting a vague text on 8:30 on a weeknight in early November to pin down the issue. Now I have removed the tree and am being told they need more photos. This is on top of them refusing to give me a discount for replacing my roof at my own expense 18 months ago and not disclosing they would only do the discount only for "approved" manufacturers. I have NEVER turned in a claim on either home I have had insured with them and this is how they treat a customer of 30 plus years."
